Avoid using: To keep the routine skin-safe, avoid using these pads together with retinoids (retinol, retinal, tretinoin, adapalene), high-concentration vitamin C (pure L-ascorbic acid above ~10–15%), or other strong exfoliating acids in the same routine. This isn’t due to ingredient clashes, but because combining multiple resurfacing actives can overwhelm the barrier and increase the risk of irritation, especially for sensitive or breakout-prone skin. Retinoids and strong vitamin C can still be used — simply alternate days rather than layering them on the same night.

Layering tip: After cleansing, use the textured side on areas of congestion such as the T-zone, then sweep the smooth side across the face to refine the overall texture. Follow with calming serums and your usual moisturiser. When used with other items from the Miracle Line, the pads slot comfortably into the exfoliation step before applying the Miracle Serum.
