Parnell is a New Zealand-origin skincare brand built specifically for sensitive skin, founded on its creator's own experience with dermatitis and a traditional local remedy: Manuka honey. Its signature is Cicamanu — Parnell's own blend of centella asiatica ("cica"), long used to calm and repair irritated skin, with New Zealand Manuka honey, valued for its antibacterial and hydrating properties.

Cicamanu is designed as a biome-balancing, barrier-strengthening pairing that soothes visible redness and irritation while supporting the skin's long-term resilience.
