Apply after toner on clean, dry skin.

Compatible with: Most mild actives when spaced correctly. Niacinamide, peptides, fermented extracts, green tea, centella complexes, and gentle vitamin C derivatives (SAP, MAP, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid) integrate well when used in morning routines or on alternate nights. Hydrating masks and moisturisers can be applied afterwards to calm dryness or tightness. Retinoids and exfoliating acids can be used, but never in the same routine — the skin-stimulating reedle effect already increases penetration, and combining them can amplify irritation. Light retinoids or very low-strength AHA/BHA/PHA can be alternated on non-Reedle nights if your skin is experienced and not reactive.

Avoid using with: Strong exfoliants (AHA/BHA/PHA serums, peels), high-strength retinoids, or pure ascorbic acid vitamin C in the same routine. Avoid LED masks, heat/light devices, and anything that increases stimulation — these combinations are clearly stated to worsen irritation. Do not use after dermatological procedures, on wounded or inflamed skin, or if tingling becomes painful. Sensitive or reactive users should patch-test first.

Layering tip: Use only at night. Apply after cleansing on bare, dry skin, then follow with a soothing hydrator and moisturiser to reduce dryness or tightness. Do not layer other actives directly before or after it. Use every 3 days (focus cycle) unless your skin requires a longer recovery period. Always apply SPF the next morning, as the skin becomes more vulnerable to UV exposure.
