We currently accept payments via Stripe and other secure checkout methods through our website.

When placing an order, you confirm that the payment details you provide belong to you and that you are authorised to use them.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, error, or unavailability.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email — this marks the point at which a legally binding contract is formed between you and IrelKGlow Ltd.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to anyone if necessary.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times and costs are outlined during checkout.

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the parcel has left our facility.

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact care@irelkglow.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every product you order!

In short:

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Occasionally, we may offer discounts or special promotions.
Unless stated otherwise:

• Only one promotion or discount can be applied per order.
• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.
• We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.

Additional Conditions:

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be valid and cannot be applied retroactively.

10. Gift Cards & Digital Vouchers

IrelKGlow gift cards and digital vouchers can only be redeemed at www.irelkglow.co.uk for eligible products.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the card, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• Any unused balance will remain on the card until the expiry date.
• Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced once issued.
• Discount codes or promotions cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

11. Free Gifts, Samples & Promotional Items

Promotional items (including samples and free gifts) are subject to availability and may change or end without notice.
IrelKGlow reserves the right to substitute equivalent products of similar value when necessary.

If you return an order that included a free gift or promotional sample, the gift must also be returned; otherwise, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

12. Refunds for Discounted or Bundled Items

If you return items purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle, the refund will reflect the adjusted value paid after discounts.
If a free gift or sample was included, it must be returned, or its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

22. Returns – Hygiene & Sealed Goods

In addition to our Refund Policy, please note that for health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of sealed cosmetic goods that have been unsealed after delivery (for example, opened skincare, used applicators, or any product with broken hygiene seals), except where required by law. 24. Orders for Personal Use / Purchase Limits

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or collection by a person you authorise). Title to products passes to you when we have received full payment for the products. (This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty on delivery.)

26. Pre-Orders & Backorders (if offered)

Where pre-orders or backorders are offered, we will display an estimated dispatch date at checkout. Payment may be taken at the time you place the order. If we are unable to fulfil within a reasonable time, we will contact you with options to wait, change, or cancel for a full refund.

27. Health & Safety Advice for Cosmetic Actives

Any skincare routines, layering tips, or ingredient guides on our site, emails, videos, or social media are educational only and not medical advice.

• Patch test before first use and introduce only one new active at a time.
• Irritation & sensitivity: Actives such as retinoids (retinol/retinal/retinoid esters), AHAs/BHAs/PHAs, benzoyl peroxide, and L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) can cause irritation, dryness, or purging. Discontinue use and seek professional advice if irritation persists.
• Photosensitivity: Some actives can increase sun sensitivity—use broad spectrum SPF 30+ daily and limit sun exposure.
• Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Do not use retinoids if pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding; seek professional guidance for any active use in these circumstances.
• If you are under dermatological care or using prescription actives, consult your clinician before adding new products.
