We want your shopping experience with IrelKGlow to be smooth and stress-free — from checkout to delivery and, if needed, returns.

Shipping Information

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm (UK time) are usually shipped the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
  • During busy periods (sales, launches, Christmas), dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

All orders are sent tracked — you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the UK only.
  • EU delivery will be available in the future — stay tuned for updates.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Every order is shipped with a tracking number.
  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your glow every step of the way.

Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email care@irelkglow.com with your order number and any relevant photos so we can assist promptly.
  • Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the UK.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love every product you receive, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how to make a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Request your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be unused, unopened, with all hygiene seals intact, in original packaging.
  3. All promotional/free gifts received with your order must also be returned, or their value may be deducted from your refund.
  4. Returns sent without following our approval process will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns for opened or used products, clearance/sale items, or gift cards.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email: Send your request to care@irelkglow.com with the subject line:
    RETURN REQUEST – Order #XXXX
  2. Include:
    • Your full name and order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for your return
    • If damaged/incorrect, attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  3. Approval: Wait for our confirmation email before sending anything back.
  4. Royal Mail Returns Link: Once approved, we’ll send you our Royal Mail Prepaid Returns Link (integrated with our warehouse system) to book your return.
  5. Send Back: Once approved, you have 7 days to send the item(s) using the prepaid label.

Return Costs

  • Change of mind: The cost of the Royal Mail label plus a £3.95 handling fee (for inspection and restocking) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Damaged/incorrect items: We’ll cover all return postage and the £3.95 handling fee.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, covering all costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
