1. Foam (Cleanser): Use as your water-based cleanser (after an oil cleanser if double cleansing).
2. Apply a small amount to damp skin, massage to lather, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Toner: After cleansing, apply to face using hands or a cotton pad.
4. Use 1–2 times daily depending on tolerance; reduce frequency if skin feels tight or sensitised.
5. Serum: Apply a few drops after toner, focusing on congested or breakout-prone areas.
6. Gently press into skin until absorbed.
7. Cream: Use as your final moisturiser step.
8. Smooth an even layer over face; adjust amount for AM (lighter) or PM (richer) use.
9. Always follow with broad-spectrum sunscreen in the morning.

Layering tip: Use the foam after your oil cleanser, then follow with your preferred hydrating toner before the exfoliating toner to reduce irritation. Apply serum next, and finish with the cream. Keep exfoliating steps to once daily (not morning and night) and limit usage when also using other actives.
